Guest Policy
The RFC Guest Policy
What is a guest?
• A guest is any non-member who accompanies an RFC member into the facility. The same individual may not visit as a guest more than twice per month, regardless of which member brings them.
If a guest wishes to visit more frequently, they are encouraged to explore membership options or contact us directly.
1. Guest Allowance
•A regular monthly membership includes two (2) guest passes per month. This means that members can bring two (2) non-members into the space with them during a one (1) month calendar period.
•Members with unlimited guest passes can bring an unlimited amount of non-members into the space during a one (1) month calendar period. Guests must still adhere to the definition of guest, and not visit more than twice in a one-month period.
•Regardless of how many non-members a member can bring to The RFC each month, each member can only have two (2) guests in the space at a time without prior approval from management. This is done case by case and will require approval for each incident.
•Guests must be accompanied by the hosting member at all times while inside The RFC.
2. Member Responsibility
•Members are fully responsible for the conduct of their guests.
•Any damage or rule violations caused by a guest may result in consequences for the hosting member.
3. Guest Check-In
•All guests must be checked in by the member through the QR code at the front island or on the member app.
•The hosting member must be present at check-in and remain with their guest throughout the visit.
4. Guest Restrictions
•Guests may not use restricted areas or participate in member-exclusive activities unless explicitly permitted.
•The RFC reserves the right to deny guest entry or limit guest privileges at any time.
5. Policy Enforcement
•Failure to comply with this policy may result in loss of guest privileges or other disciplinary actions.
By bringing a guest to The RFC, members agree to uphold this policy and ensure their guests do the same.
