We know joining a new coworking space comes with questions! Here are the most common things people ask about The RFC — from memberships and guest passes to rental policies and events.

FAQ's

The RFC is your new favorite place to work! We’re a coworking and content creation space built for entrepreneurs, small business owners, and content creators who are tired of doing it all solo.

Think coworking meets community — a place where you can brainstorm over coffee, shoot content in gorgeous spaces, and surround yourself with people who just get it.

We’ve dreamed about this for nearly a decade, and finally brought it to life right here in St. Louis. Because let’s be real — building a business shouldn’t feel lonely. At The RFC, you’ll find collaboration, inspiration, and maybe even your next big idea (or best friend) all under one very stylish roof.

Joining The RFC is easy — just head to our Membership page and make it official.

Memberships renew monthly with a minimum three-month commitment (trust us, you’ll want to stick around anyway). Once you’re in, you can use the space as much as you’d like during our regular business hours — no time limits, no fuss.

Need to host an event or shoot after hours? Members get first dibs and a sweet discount.

Come sip some coffee, swap ideas with other go-getters, learn something new, and let our creative corners do their magic. Around here, you’re not just renting a desk — you’re joining a community that cheers you on every step of the way.

Community — hands down. The best part of being an RFC member is surrounding yourself with other small business owners, entrepreneurs, and content creators who get it. You’re never alone in the grind here.

But that’s just the start. From cozy corners and creative spaces to surprise perks (like our secret snack pantry), membership comes with plenty of extras — all included.

Check out our amenities page for the full list — it’s always growing, just like our community.

We get it — commitment can sound scary (we’re talking memberships, not marriage!).

Here’s the deal: we’ve worked really hard to keep our pricing accessible and packed with value. All we ask is a three-month commitment to start — just enough time to settle in, meet the community, and see how much you love it.

After that? Stay as long as you’d like or cancel anytime — no awkward breakups required.

Once you join, the magic happens fast! Within one business day, you’ll get a welcome email with everything you need to get started — access to our member portal and app, our private Facebook community, and a quick survey so we can learn how to best support you.

You’ll also find a link to our community guidelines — just to make sure we’re all on the same page as we build this awesome space together.

We’re here for you Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM.

Come in early, stay all day, grab a coffee, and get things done — your desk (or couch, or favorite corner) is waiting.

Absolutely — we’d love to show you around! Come see the space, meet a few friendly faces, and get a feel for what makes The RFC so special.

You can schedule a tour here! We can’t wait to meet you IRL!

You know how most coworking spaces give you a desk, Wi-Fi, and maybe a printer — and then everyone pops in their earbuds and pretends no one else exists? Yeah… that’s not us.

The RFC was built for small business owners who actually do a lot of different things. Need a space to shoot product photos? Record a podcast? Or work in a private space? We’ve got you covered — and then some.

Sure, we’ve got comfy spots to work and great coffee, but more importantly, you’ll find a community that collaborates, creates, and actually talks to each other. Around here, your “coworkers” might just become your collaborators.

The RF is a nod to our OG business, Rescued Furnishings — where it all began.

As for the C... well, that’s where things get fun. It can stand for community, creativity, collaboration, celebration, connection, confidence, or colorful. Honestly, we couldn’t pick just one — and that pretty much sums us up.

Membership

Absolutely! We love new friends!

Each member gets two guest passes (on us!), with the option to add more or upgrade to an extended guest pass if you’ve got a steady flow of visitors.

We just ask that you’re mindful of others and keep the vibe balanced — friendly chatter encouraged, full-blown concerts… maybe not.

You can check out our Member Policies page for the full details, and as always, reach out if you’ve got any questions.

Hosting clients, friends, or collaborators on the regular? The Extended Guest Pass has your name on it — just $50/month and you can bring in as many guests as you’d like.

If you’ve got something special in mind that goes beyond that — like a team day or client event — just reach out to us at therfc@rfhomeco.com. We'll do our best to accomodate you.

*A quick note: guests still need to meet the official “guest” definition (no more than two visits per month or six per year), and you can have up to two guests in the space at a time.

Need The RFC all to yourself? We offer after-hours rentals for members who want to host an event, record a podcast, shoot content, or just enjoy a little extra quiet time.

Members get discounted rates on private rentals, and we’re happy to help make your setup just right.

For pricing and availability, check out our Event Rentals page!

Because The RFC is built around community, we have a few simple policies to help keep the space comfortable, creative, and running smoothly for everyone.

By following these guidelines, we make sure The RFC stays the vibrant, inspiring place we all love to work and create in.

You can read through our member policies here.

We’re a pet-friendly crew — well-behaved, quiet dogs are totally welcome (as long as we get to say hi!).

It’s not that we don’t love other animals — we really do — but we want to make sure all our furry visitors feel comfortable and safe in the space. So for now, pups only, please!

We love kids — but The RFC is designed to be a kid-free zone so parents and professionals alike can focus, recharge, and get things done (without someone asking for a snack every five minutes ).

If there’s ever a special “bring your kid to work” moment — please reach out to management first for approval. We’re happy to make occasional exceptions when possible.

We promise we’re not anti-kid… we’re just pro-quiet productivity.
