Our space is for everyone - entrepreneurs, small business owners, content creators, or just people that want to get out of the house and work in a community that is creatively inspiring. Founding Members receive you a few extra perks. This is a one time purchase that can be added on as an upgrade to your membership. Founding Members spots will be limited to 20 people.
As a founding member you will receive the following added benefits:
- Discounted Membership Your membership will be locked in at $99/month for the life of your membership as long as you remain active.
- Founding Members Only Event One special event every year for Founding Members only.
- Free Months for Referrals! If a new member signs up and mentions that you referred them, you'll receive a complimentary month of membership!
- Free Unlimited Guest Pass Founding Members receive an unlimited guest pass with their membership (guest policy)
- Free Cubby Storage
- Discounted Rental Fees Founding Members can rent the entire RFC outside of business hours for $60 per hour. (rental information)

Yes! We want this to be a community gathering space. To be respectful of other members, we just ask that you keep your volume to a reasonable level. Each member has 2 guest passes a month included in their membership, with the option to add additional or an extended guest pass.
The Extended Guest Pass is $50/month, and means that you can bring in additional guests in a month.
Guests must still meet the definitions of a guest. Members may only have two guests in the space at a time. Guests are defined as a non-member that uses the space no more than 2 times in a month. Within 1 business day, members will receive an email that will grant them access to our member portal & community Facebook page, a survey so we can learn how to best serve you, and of course a link to agree to our community guidelines.

We have worked really really hard to price our membership at the lowest possible price point and we think you will love the value. In order to get into the group, we ask that you commit to 3 months of membership, after that you can choose to cancel at anytime.
